Sunderland City Council

The University of Sunderland

provides higher education on two campuses. It has strong links with industry and business and works closely with some of the world's leading companies.

City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust provides a wide range of hospital services.

Sunderland City Council

provides more than 800 different services to improve the quality of life for all residents in the city.

The North East Chamber of Commerce

Gentoo Sunderland provide housing management services to around 30,000 homes and offers a variety of services to residents across the city.

The Sunderland Community Network was established in 2001 to enable the public, private, voluntary and community sectors to work together through the Sunderland Partnership.

The North East Chamber of Commerce is a business organisation which provides a range of services, products and training for local businesses.

Sunderland NHS Teaching Care Primary Trust

Job Centre Plus

Northumbria Police is one of the largest forces in the country, serving a population of 1.5m people.

Sunderland Teaching Primary Care Trust provides a wide range of healthcare services for Sunderland residents.

Job Centre Plus is a government-funded employment agency and social security office.

Sunderland Echo

Tyne and Wear Fire Service

City of Sunderland College provides post-16 education in the city for more than 5,000 16-19 year olds and 10,000 adults
