Compact Implementation Group

The role of the Compact Implementation Group (CIG) is:

• to oversee the implementation and further development of the Sunderland Compact
• to review progress made on the implementation of the Compact, including performance management
• to develop marketing and training arrangements
• to oversee Compact compliance mediation

The Group will:

• have representation from both organisations of the Sunderland Partnership and VCS organisations
• be chaired by the independent chair of the Sunderland Partnership
• meet quarterly

Terms of Reference were agreed at the second meeting of the CIG on Monday 5th July 2010.
